Join Animal Advocates and Las Vegas Animal Care Center volunteers every Sunday from 1130am-130pm in the Plaza Hotel Lobby for a Meet and Greet with one of our shelter's adoptable dogs!

Enjoy a yummy bite to eat at Prairie Hill Cafe while you're there!

These events are a great way to meet one of the shelter's wonderful dogs who is ready to find their forever home. Take the dog for walk, give him or her some treats, and see if there is a connection. Feel free to bring your dog to see how they get along!

All dogs are fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. In most cases dogs are ready to go home with you that day.

Adoption and license fees are usually waived but donations are greatly appreciated.

Even if a dog is not adopted at the event, it is an important opportunity for socialization and an outing out of the shelter environment. These events are a great way to meet people and make new friends, please consider helping out!
